Kris Kielbasa, M.S., BCBA, LBA, is a behavior scientist and the founder of Celerity Data Studio. For more than a decade, Kris has practiced applied behavior analysis across pediatric autism, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, athletic performance, employee wellness, organizational change, and evaluating societal trends. Today that includes coaching athletes from grade school to the collegiate level with precision teaching and the Standard Celeration Chart. Kris's work is built on one conviction: centering the assent and dignity of the people he serves.

Celerity grew out of that practice: charting tools that let practitioners, athletes, and families see change as it happens — precision that moves at the speed of people.
